2. Receive Your RMA

Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from the Life Assure customer support team, which you will need to return your product. Mark your RMA on the outside of the shipping box which include the product you are returning.

3. Package Your Medical Alert

Life Assure returns

Package your medical alert device and accessories so that you can ship everything back to Life Assure. Make sure to turn off your medical alert device before packaging.

4. Return Your Package

Return your package to Life Assure. Once your product has been received by our shipping and returns team we will cancel your service.
