1 Fall Detection does not detect 100% of fails. If Customer is able, Customer should press the help button in the event of an emergency. The 911 emergency services line is an alternative to the System and the Services. Fall Detection should only be worn around the neck to allow for adequate of fails.
2 A secure lock box will help paramedics and any other help get to you while preventing any damages to your home. Simply place your key in the lock box, and hang up the secure box outside so that paramedics can access your home safely and securely.
